Representation
Utilizing my background as an in-house corporate lawyer, I represent a variety of small-to-medium sized businesses. I provide legal services that cover everything from incorporation to dissolution of a business. I tailored my practice to allow me to be available to my business clientele daily – essentially performing the function of a general counsel at a substantial savings over an in-house attorney. This type of representation is especially useful for businesses whose operations may not require daily legal counsel, but could benefit from occasional or regular advice. Fee structures are available for monthly retainers (at a significant savings to businesses) in addition to standard hourly rates. Individual Representation
In addition to my business clients, I also represent individual clients in matters of civil law. Common issues with individuals involve: estate planning (i.e. wills, trusts, etc.), real estate purchasing and/or leasing, condemnation issues associated with public utilities, oil and gas and contracts for services. Most individual representation
is conducted on a flat fee basis providing the client with a set price for the service to be performed.

To help you determine what we hold as our principles, here are our definitions of these terms: “Integrity” - Our representation is of a consistently high quality regardless of the client or legal issue. Every client receives the quality legal advice – no matter if that client is pro bono, or a business, or an individual. It also means each individual employed by the firm will remain true to the firm principles.
“Honesty” – In dealings with clients, the public, legal colleagues, or the court, honesty is required and expected at all times. Every client will get an honest opinion of their legal matter, the status of their case and the options regardless of the consequences for the firm or the individual member of the firm.
“Knowledge” – By necessity the practice of law requires one to continue the quest for knowledge. Successful, quality representation is the product of knowledge and the application of knowledge. Knowledge is not only necessary for our business, but is a vital part of the advancement of the individual no matter the endeavor. Personal growth requires seeking new knowledge.
“Faith” – While not perfect, our legal system is the best the world has to offer and empowers every individual through its structure. We have faith in its ability to promote justice for all Americans. However, there is also a greater system of justice that picks up where all earthly systems fall short. We also have faith in this system. Client service is the first priority in the practice of law. Each and every client deserves reasonable fees and quality advice and guidance. All clients will be treated with dignity and respect.
